The FlameGard UV Flame Detector is designed to constantly monitor for fire or flame by detecting the characteristic ultraviolet radiation from a hydrogen or hydrocarbon-fueled fire. This low cost detector operates as a stand alone unit or connects to many fire or security systems. It is also compatible with distributed control systems (DCS).
